Tele-Scar: Wound healing can be a medical problem that needs cooperative medical and nursing followup. Diabetic foot is one of the cases where wound healing needs close monitoring. This project aims to cover this monitoring and folllow-up between primary care and hospital professionals, with the engagement of the patient.
